In Rogolo – deriving from the unusual local accent of ‘Ru’ – the path meanders into the historic centre, which now boasts two themed walks. One is dedicated to art and water, and the other to religion and culture. This leads you to the most significant monuments, including a fresco of the Virgin Mary with Child, and Abbot San Antonio (16th century) in Via Bongini and various fountains. Leave the town by taking Via all’Argine, entering the next municipality: Cosio Valtellino.
